Win a token worth £150 for art or craft from any of the 64 artists.
Visit 8 addresses, sign the visitors' book at each, and ask the artists to initial in the appropriate boxes. Then either leave the completed form at the 8th address you visit, or send it to dAB Prize – AAH, 59 Emlyn Road, W12 9TG.

Winner will be notified by Monday 5 July.
Artists at Home will not pass on your name or address to anyone.Participating artists and their immediate families may not enter.
Access to the
studios is variable; in some cases, for example, it might
not be possible to accommodate wheelchairs.
Please contact the individual artist for details. Everything possible
will be done to make the studio and the art accessible
to you.
